In the wild: Four Ann Arbor Flower Farms
I don’t talk a lot about the consulting side of my business here, but this week my project is just too good--and relevant-- not to share. I am working with the Michigan Flower Growers Cooperative on a communications project that took me to four Ann Arbor area flower farms--which this time of year is about as magical as it gets.
I went to the farms to take photos and talk with the farmers about their businesses, and their vision for the flower industry in Michigan. The outing was much more than a change of scenery or a breath of fresh air. It was so good to talk to people in person (safely, from a distance, of course), and to be in a place a hopeful as a farm. I came home energized and full of new creative energy. I will have more to share later, but for now, enjoy a mini, virtual tour of some beautiful flower farms.
