Refund Policy for Workshops:

Full refunds are available if you cancel 10 days before your scheduled class. After that 50% refunds are available – If we are able to fill your spot, you will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations the day of class or for no-shows. * There is an exception for COVID related refunds, which will be given at any point.

Return Policy

Original Art:  All sales are final.

Prints: If there is a problem with your print, we do not offer refunds, but you may request a replacement within 7 calendar days from the date of the delivery. 

Requirements for exchange: The product must be in original packaging and  must not be damaged (If it arrived damaged, please provide a photo of the package). To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged, unless they arrived damaged. 

Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order. Our shipping address for returns is PO Box 130050, Ann Arbor, MI 48113. You are responsible for shipping costs. All exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Ownership of the Artwork

Cara Cummings  retains all rights to all artwork, images, and graphics. None of my artwork may be used by a third party without written permission. This includes the rights to the images of all sold  and commissioned original paintings. 

Cara Cummings retains the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. 

The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business, but the artwork may not be reproduced without my written permission.

Any image of my artwork that appears in any publication or social media, must include  attribution (artwork title, artists name). All other uses must be agreed to in advance in writing.
