Join us at Bella Terra Flower Farm Studio for a botanical painting workshop. We will talk about the art of botanical illustration and painting, teach observation, sketching, and watercolor techniques in Beth's beautiful studio.
You will choose a flower from the farm that will be your model for the day, and that you will take home with you at the end of the class. All the materials you need will be provided, and you will take home your watercolor painting, or two!
Light snacks will be provided.
All skill levels are welcome. Children 12 and over are welcome when accompanied by a parent.
You will learn:
Introduction to botanical illustration
Observation and sketching techniques
Color mixing
Value
Washes
Wet on wet
Layering
Materials:
All painting materials for the class are included, and you will take your paintings home
Two flowers are included with your registration
Instructional handouts will be provided

Things happen! I understand that. If you need to cancel, please contact let us know . Given space in classes is limited, and I do purchase supplies ahead of time, the following policy applies to workshops:
If you cancel your workshop registration at least two weeks prior to the class date, you will receive a full refund
After that date there are no refunds unless we can fill your space.
