You have complete control over cancellations. If you pay via PayPal, you will cancel within your PayPal account. If you pay by credit card, you will need to cancel in your Flora Account.
If you are giving the membership as a gift, you must cancel when you are ready, the recipient cannot cancel for you.
Your membership will automatically renew, so if you wish to cancel, please do so before the end of your billing period.
If you decide Flora is not for you, you have three days from your original purchase to request a refund.
